Publishers Note: We previously advertised this product in 2013 as a limited edition of 200. When the book was belatedly delivered by the printers, Butler, Tanner & Dennis, the standard of the binding did not meet our standards and we refused delivery. While the limited editions were being rebound, Butler, Tanner & Dennis subsequently entered administration in May 2014. The books have subsequently been rebound by a small bindery, Mendip Bookbinders. It has been something of an epic saga, but we are satisfied that our commitment to providing the best possible product for our customers has finally been met.
